A drumroll, please: Just in time for Christmas and the end of the year, the Little Yak elves (i.e. my lovely printers) are putting the finishing touches to our 2014 calendar!
I’ve gathered together fifteen of my favourite images from the edges of China – villages in Guizhou, windswept mountain passes in Sichuan and dusty roadsides in Tibet. While you may have seen some images on the LY blog, others are being published here for the first time, and all were taken over the past twelve months.
The calendar runs from January 2014 to Chinese New Year in February 2015, and includes Chinese horoscopes for year ahead as well as the stories behind each of the featured photographs.
The calendars will be ready to mail out by Wednesday December 18th and cost just HK$88 (that’s roughly £7, or US$11 each). Order now from the new Little Yak online shop and you should receive your copy before January 1. Hurry! Hurry!! 🙂
P.S. Back to usual programming in my next post – in which we explore Sichuan’s remotest county and meet a Tibetan superstar…
