I suggest you correct the caption of this photo…the bowls carried by monks are known as alms bowls,monks don’t beg for anything .They shouldn’t ask for any thing ,they shouldn’t even look at the face of the alms giver(It is true that many novice monks break these rules), there are very few ordained monks any country.
